The entrance fee secures your apartment or cottage home and provides priority access to our healthcare services. The entrance fee is a one-time payment based on the size of your residence and whether one or two individuals live there.

To provide flexibility in your financial decisions, we also offer both Traditional and Refundable Entrance Fee options. The Refundable entrance fee is a great option if you wish to leave funds to your estate or if you may consider moving again at some point in the future, since a portion of your initial payment is returned. The Traditional entrance fee is ideal if you wish to pay a lower upfront amount and is an excellent choice if you’ve already planned for your estate.

Our Lifecare contract option offers access to care you need, anytime you need it, at rates similar to what you would pay in independent living. These plan options demonstrate the financial strength and commitment to you from Springpoint.

This fee is based on the size of your apartment or cottage home and whether there are one or two occupants. It covers most of your living expenses in one payment, making your expenses more predictable. Your monthly fee covers housekeeping, interior and exterior maintenance, 24-hour security, utilities, property tax cost, and a multitude of services and amenities.

These examples help clarify our pricing. They represent starting Entrance Fees and Monthly Service Fees. Both are based on a Traditional Entrance Fee plan with a single occupant.

One Bedroom: Entrance Fees start at $277,800; Monthly Service Fees start at $3,460.

Two Bedroom: Entrance Fees start at $407,200; Monthly Service Fees start at $4,265.

Cottage (2 Bedroom, Den): Entrance Fees start at $466,600; Monthly Service Fees start at $4,368.
