When social distancing and state mandates due to the COVID-19 pandemic did not allow us to bring visitors into our community, our team rallied and produced an online event touring a cottage available at The Moorings at Lewes.
Karen Kerstetter, the Sales and Marketing Director at The Moorings at Lewes, took participants on a tour of the Breakwater cottage and shared an overview of life at the community. This virtual tour allowed viewers to still experience what it could look like living here from the comfort and safety of their own home.
During this virtual event, participants had the opportunity to learn more about life in the community. Karen showed off the stunning cottage, from the foyer to the bedroom and everything in between. Plus, she highlighted most-loved features, including maintenance-free living (meaning no need to worry about the lawn!) and the space you need to hold your most loved possessions. Most people who have seen these cottages are amazed at the fact that they do not need to downsize as much as they thought they did.
She also shared facts and frequently asked questions about the community, including dining options, recreation opportunities and what it means to be a resident of a continuing care retirement community.
